We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your Liigo account and what happens to your data.
Before You Delete Your Account
Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your profile information (name, phone number, email, profile photo)
- Order history and transaction records
- Saved addresses and payment preferences
- Reviews and ratings you've submitted
- For vendors: Your store, products, and business information
- For drivers: Your delivery history and earnings records
How to Delete Your Account
1 Delete from the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Liigo app:
For Customers:
- Open the Liigo app and sign in to your account
- Go to Profile tab
- Tap Advanced Settings
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the warning and check the confirmation box
- Enter your password to confirm
- Tap Delete Account to permanently delete your account
For Drivers:
- Open the Liigo app and sign in to your account
- Go to Profile tab
- Tap Advanced Settings
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the warning and check the confirmation box
- Enter your password to confirm
- Tap Delete Account to permanently delete your account
For Vendors:
Vendor accounts require additional verification due to business data. Please use the form below or contact us at support@liigoapp.com to request account deletion.
2 Request Deletion via This Form
If you cannot access the app or prefer to submit a deletion request online, please use the form below. We will process your request within 7 business days.
